How can I cancel or reschedule my rental?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us at least 1 week before the event. We will work together to reschedule your event if possible.

• Do you have a generator?

Generators are available upon request. They usually have enough gas to run for 4-5 hours. If your rental is longer than 5 hours, it is suggested that you have 1 gallon of gas to put in the generator.

• Is there a deposit required?

No, there is a 50% of event cost that is due upon signing the contract.

• How far in advance should we make a reservation?

Two weeks (14 days) or earlier is suggested.

• What comes with the snow-cone machine?

You will receive cones and syrup only, which can be purchased with your rental. You are responsible for supplying ice.

• Are there any set up fees?

No, we will set up and remove equipment for free.

• Are there any delivery fees?

Yes, a delivery fee is added.

• Do you have attendants service?

Yes, we offer that service for a fee per hour.
